All guests must follow the rules to protect the apartment and preserve the building’s quiet environment.
Times and occupancy
- Check-in from 3 pm
- Check-out before 11 am
- Maximum three guests
- Children of all ages welcome
- No cot or extra bed is advertised
Respect for the property
- Entirely non-smoking apartment
- No parties or events
- Quiet hours are mandatory from 10 pm to 9 am
- Stag, hen and similar parties are not allowed
- Pets allowed; an extra charge may apply
Booking conditions
Cancellation, prepayment and damage conditions depend on the platform and rate selected. Booking.com states that compensation of up to €300 may be requested after departure in the event of damage, under the policy applicable to the property.
The version shown on the platform at the time of booking always takes precedence.
